Tasting Note :
A colour of ripened corn, this Bourgogne blanc is anything but simple. Distilling a perfume mingling honeysuckle and toasted hazelnut. On the palate it delivers a crunchy roundness and light freshness. One may appreciate it in the first years.

Winemaking :
100% Barrel fermentation (barrels aged 1and up to 5 years). Maturing on fine lees for 8 months in barrel and then for 3 months in tank.
