One of Israel’s finest red blends, Flam Noble is sourced from the Galilee’s pristine Dishon, Ben Zimra, and Mata vineyards. Elegant in its composition, this wine is aged for 20 months in new French oak giving it a well-balanced and robust character suitable for any fine dining experience. The coloring in the glass is a clear ruby. The aroma is very clean and doesn’t overwhelm the nose with lots of smells. But present aromas of blackberries, black currant, licorice, and tobacco give the wine a nice nose. This is a dry wine with a little more body, but not a big wine. The flavor has more red fruit with a nice taste of red cherries and red currants. This is very tannic wine but with medium acid that carries through the long finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 8-10 years.
