Tasting Note :
Pure gold covered by a veil recalling aromas of warm pastries with a hint of vanilla. On the palate it expresses the limestone minerality of its terroir through a salivating salty grain. A perfect paring for oysters.
Winemaking :
100% Barrel fermentation (10% new oak barrels / 90% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years). Maturing on fine lees for 8 months in barrel and 4 months in tank.
